I have to returning to Japan permanently next month. Would you do me favor?
I want to get certificate documenting my practicing Tai Chi from 2008 to 2013 with you.
It would be big help to me when I try to find a good teacher of Tai Chi in Japan.
I am glad to know you and practice Tai Chi in your class.
Of course I will miss you too because I like your Tai Chi community. You have power to make it. I respect you. You are my good shifu forever.
I enjoyed your class!!
I've had the fortune to study Yang style taichi from Shifu Ralph for about 3 years now. Before that, I've studied taichi while living in various parts of the world, including China.
I am very impressed and appreciative of the depth of Shifu's understanding and practice of the art. I am most thankful for Shifu's patience in accommodating my goals of understanding the martial arts principles behind each move.
Thank you, Shifu!
Tai Chi for Beginners
I'm a new student in Shifu Dehner's class. I'm one of those people for whom it takes a long time to master some of the QiGong forms. I own and operate a nursing consulting business which can be very stressful. I appreciate being able to attend Ralph's classes without experiencing added stress or pressures to my life. Shifu Ralph Dehner has a very supportive, relaxed style of teaching with endless patience. That is very important to me because I never feel a sense of failure no matter how long it takes me to learn the form. I would recommend his class to anyone interested in adding a little fun to their life as well as improving their health and well being in a relaxed and stress free environment.
Tai Chi for life and sports
I had studied Wu stlye Tai Chi many years ago with Dr. Fred Wu, a wise and much loved teacher, now passed. In Ralph Dehner I've found a man with the skills, understanding and teaching ability that I have been looking for to refresh and advance my studies, now in the Yang style. Sifu Ralph is the real deal.
Tai Chi is the most useful thing I've learned in life after walking and reading. I don't mean that to be hyperbole. Learning to balance, concentrate and relax at the same time, while moving or under stress, is the bedrock of physical and emotional health.
For an athlete, besides learning those "big three", you will learn the smooth transfer of weight and proper engagement of the legs and core in the application of power. This makes Tai Chi the super fundamental for any sport you do: baseball, golf, frisbee, surfing, etc. Your moves will become more effective, automatic and consitent.
After about two months practicing thirty to sixty minutes a day, you will feel the difference.

I have found Ralph a highly respect Tai Chi practitioner and teacher, and it is a great pleasure to be a friend and a colleague. Ralph has contributed significantly to many people's health and wellness through his work as a Master Trainer of the Tai Chi for Health programs.
Tai Chi Seminar
Hi Master Dehner,
Thank you So Very Much for your recent Seminar conducted on Dec. 17 at Cherry Hill, NJ.!!
It was, such an eye-opening event for me to say the least, about what a traditional form of health maintaining body movements could benefit patients I am working with on daily basis!
Thank you Master!
You mentioned and demonstrated few movements that mimic specific type of animals, and it is also said to carry specific effect on particular type of condition(s) of patients.
Thanks a a lots again, Master Dehner!
Happy Holidays to you, Master!

Tai Chi for a healthy you
I am 74 years old. I started Tai Chi class with Ralph 10 years ago as part of my recovery from cancer. I continue to take weekly classes, practice daily and attend workshops. I am in very good health. My cancer is in remission; I feel great and have a very good energy level. I credit it all to my Tai Chi practice under Ralph’s guidance. Taking Tai Chi is the greatest gift I have given to myself.
Growing up in China, I have always seen my grand mother practising Taichi. She is over 90 years old now and is doing very well both physically and mentally. She certainly ages over time, but in a graceful way. I think she benefits a lot from practising Taichi. Like many Chinese believe, Taichi is a low impact exercise with elegant moves and breathing techniques that promotes healthful lviing for both mind and body.
It has been one year since I started learning Taichi from Ralph. We meet once every week and finished the 24 forms in about 6 months. Ralph moves very elegantly, and he not only understands the subtle intricacies to all the moves, but is also able to communicate those to me in layman language to help me learn and polish my forms.
I highly recommend Taichi and Ralph!
Successful Results from Tai Chi
Studying Tai Chi with Shifu Ralph has been invaluable on multiple dimensions: reduction of arthritis symptoms, relaxation, and improvement in mental focus. The process has been fun and I'm hooked. Surprisingly, Tai Chi has conferred a completely unexpected benefit - a change in perspective. To my surprise and delight Tai Chi principles can be fruitfully applied in the workplace, to understand, deflect, and dissipate an 'in-coming force'. Who knew?" - Dr. James Kellaris
